Size chart
To find the perfect size for your bra you need two measurments. Use a soft measuring tape.
Measurment 1:
Measure around your body, just underneath your breasts. Use a soft measuring tape and make sure it's level and fits snug. Check the chart to see what is your frame size.
Measurment 2:
Measure your bust size. Wear a non-padded bra and measure a loose circumference around your chest over the fullest part of the breasts.
The difference between these two measurments determines your cup size.

Only 30% of all women wear the correct bra size. Here are few tips on how to find a perfect size for you:
1. Putting on your bra
Bend over and gently shake your shoulders to allow your breasts to fall into your bra. Stand up again and fasten the bra. Ensure that the back section is perfectly horizontal around your body.
2. Checking the back section
The correct back size ensures that the back section fits properly around the body, lifting the breasts. The back section must be perfectly horizontal around your body. If the bra is too loose, the back section will rise.
3. Adjusting the shoulder straps
Very few women have breasts that are exactly the same size. This is why it is best to adjust the straps separately, so that each breast is given the necessary support and your breasts become symmetrical. Make sure the straps don’t move loosely over the shoulders and adjust them until you have a perfect fit. It’s no use tightening the straps for more lift as they provide only 10% of the support!
4. Checking the underwiring
The underwiring should fit nicely around your breasts. Can you feel the underwiring poking into your skin just below your armpit? Then the bra is too large. If the underwiring pokes the breast tissue, it is too small.
5. Checking the cup size
The cup may not cut into your skin or leave a gap. The transition from cup to breast has to be smooth. If there is folds in the material, the cup size is too big.
E.g.
Size 75C has a perfect frame size, but the cup is too small/big. Keep the same frame size, but take a smaller/bigger cup size.
If the size 75C has a perfect cup size, but is too tight or loose on the frame size, choose a sister size. Sister sizes for 75C are 70D and 80B. Changing the frame size always effects on the cup size too!
